We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your shoes, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy.
You may return any unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your shoes for a different size at no additional cost. Simply follow the return process above and indicate the size you'd like instead. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@therunwear.com. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Items without original packaging or tags may also be declined.
